AI-Powered Logistics Command Centre
A logistics-style operation needed a cleaner way to manage jobs, drivers, vehicles, routes, and operational visibility. We built a custom command centre with a manager dashboard, jobs board, route planner, driver and fleet management, mobile/PWA driver experience, and an AI assistant layer. The system shows how a business can move away from scattered spreadsheets and manual coordination into one focused operating system.

01 / The pressure
Where the operation was leaking.
The business workflow involved jobs, drivers, vans, routes, and operational updates that could easily become scattered across spreadsheets, messages, and disconnected tools. That makes it harder for a manager to see what is happening, assign work clearly, monitor issues, and keep the team moving without constant manual checking.
02 / The forge
What we built around it.
We built a custom logistics command centre around the daily workflow: a manager dashboard for visibility, a jobs board for bookings and assignments, a route planner for vans and stops, fleet and driver management, alerts, and a mobile-friendly driver experience. An AI assistant was added to demonstrate how managers can query and support operations using natural language inside the system.
Visual proof
Demo-data visuals inspired by the system - no private client screenshots.
These images are generated with fictional data to show the product direction without exposing school addresses, routes, drivers, or live operations.

Demo logistics command dashboard

Demo route planner
A generated route planning visual using only fictional drivers, vehicles, stops, and depot labels.

Demo jobs board
A generated jobs workflow visual using fake job IDs, statuses, drivers, and customer labels.

03 / Shipped outcomes
What survived contact with production.
Central manager dashboard for jobs, fleet, drivers, route visibility, alerts, and sync status.
Jobs board for reviewing, editing, and assigning operational work.
Route planner built around vans, stops, drivers, and real-world dispatch needs.
Fleet and driver management screens for cleaner operational control.
AI assistant interface for natural-language support inside the dashboard.
Mobile/PWA driver experience for field-ready access.
Discuss similar scope
Got a similar pressure point? Let's brief it.
Most of our builds replace a manual workflow, a fragmented data layer, or a tool that didn't fit. Send the messy version, we'll send back a fixed-scope brief.
